From first call to payment, on one record

The end of a sale usually scatters across a phone, a PDF and a payment link. In Vaalo, calls with recordings sit on the lead's timeline, proposals are linked to the lead, and payment runs through your own Razorpay account, with the result recorded against the same lead automatically.

Calls and recordings, on the record

Calls logged or recorded through Vaalo are stored against the lead record. Anyone on your team can open the lead and hear the conversation, see its outcome, and pick up the next step without asking the person who made the call. Call activity sits in the same timeline as chats, tasks and payments.

Scribe turns calls into next steps

The Scribe agent turns call recordings and notes into a summary and follow-up tasks on the lead, so what was promised on a call becomes a tracked action instead of a memory. The Closer agent nudges when a proposal or payment has gone quiet.

Proposals linked to the lead

Proposals are created from the client and lead record, sent to the customer, and their status stays on the record. When a proposal is ready to be paid, the customer pays through the same flow, and the payment lands back on the lead.

Payment forms with your own Razorpay

Vaalo's payment form (Salesform) publishes an order form with a public link. Totals are calculated on the server, never trusted from the browser, and the order is created on your Razorpay account with your keys. Signed payment webhooks update the lead and the proposal the moment Razorpay confirms.

Vaalo never holds your money

You connect your own Razorpay account. Customers pay on Razorpay, Razorpay settles to the bank account you registered with them, and Vaalo only records the payment status against the lead. Vaalo stores no bank details and never sits in the flow of your money, which is also why those recorded payments can anchor your revenue reports.
