Set it up in plain steps

  1. Open Apps & Connections in Vaalo and choose Meta Lead Ads.

  2. Click through Meta Embedded Signup: sign in with Meta and pick your Page and ad account. No access token is copied or pasted anywhere.

  3. Choose which lead forms feed Vaalo and set your assignment rule.

  4. Submit a test lead from your form and watch it land, assigned, in Vaalo.

How do Facebook and Instagram lead ads reach Vaalo?

Vaalo connects to Meta Lead Ads directly. When a person submits a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, the submission is stored in Vaalo as a raw event, turned into a lead, and assigned automatically. There are no CSV exports and no rows copied by hand.

How do I connect Meta Lead Ads to Vaalo?

You connect through Meta Embedded Signup, which is Meta's own login flow inside Vaalo. You sign in with Meta and pick your ad account and Page. There is no copying of access tokens and no token pasted into a settings page.
