Website forms, straight into Vaalo

A web-to-lead CRM setup sends your website form submissions into the CRM the moment a visitor submits. Vaalo gives each workspace a web-to-lead endpoint and tenant API keys for anything custom, and signed outbound webhooks so your other systems hear about new leads and changes as they happen.

What flows from Website and API into Vaalo

A submission on any form you point at Vaalo is stored as a raw event and becomes a lead with your website recorded as the source. Systems you build yourself can send leads and events through the API with your tenant API keys, authenticated per tenant.

What happens next

Website leads are assigned and followed up like leads from any other source, and events in Vaalo flow back out through HMAC-signed webhooks to the systems you connect, with retries and redrive when an endpoint is down.

Questions, answered plainly

What is a web-to-lead endpoint?

A web-to-lead endpoint is a URL your website form sends submissions to. In Vaalo, each submission is stored as a raw event and becomes an assigned lead, the same way an ad lead does, with your website recorded as the source.

What can I do with Vaalo's API keys and webhooks?

Tenant API keys let your own systems send leads and events into Vaalo. Outbound webhooks push events from Vaalo back out to your systems, and they are HMAC-signed so the receiving system can verify they really came from Vaalo. Deliveries are retried and can be redriven if an endpoint was down.
